Stress At School

School is very stressful and it can be very hard to concentrate when you are about to fall asleep almost every day. Middle school students wake up around 6:00 am. Studies say that even if kids go to sleep really early they will still be really tired.

Children need about 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night. Most children get about 8 to 9. Most children also have to have the right sleep position. So they’re really going asleep at 11:00. Most school nights they get 8 and a half hours of sleep because of homework and chores.

If children dont get enough sleep they can get frustrated easily, they can even get depressed. So make sure your child get enough sleep.
